Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Products
Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package before dropping it at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
